Chamber Foundation
The Chamber Foundation is a 501 (C) (3), not-for-profit, affiliated with the Chamber to oversee the endowment established through a donation by John Giba. The Board of Directors of the Foundation shall receive and administer funds for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes.
Through the Student Leadership Program, selected high school seniors within the Chamber’s service area are encouraged, recognized and rewarded for their holistic leadership qualities through outstanding scholastic excellence, community service and extra-curricular activities with the John Giba Student Leadership Award. The students are selected in early March by the Foundation’s Board and the money for the gifts shall be derived from the endowment.
