Incumbent Mayor Thomas Masters will square off against challenger Fercella "Fercie" Panier in the March 24 runoff election.

Masters had 42.75 percent of the vote while Panier had 23.01 percent of the vote.

Tamar Reno finished third with 18.99 percent of the vote and Lonnie Lovett finished last with 15.26 percent of the vote.
