Parks & Recreation

Living in or visiting the Northern Palm Beaches is an adventure in outdoor and indoor sports and recreation. The beaches, golf courses, parks, marinas and spectator sporting venues offers an array of ways to spend the day.

Paintball enthusiasts can visit Rush Paintball in Jupiter for the chance to spend the day on 18 acres of playing areas. If you prefer spending the day on the Loxahatchee River then visit Canoe Outfitters of Florida, also in Jupiter, for a day of guided or self-guided exploration. Jupiter Lanes Family Entertainment Center offers 24,000 square feet of fun with 20 bowling lanes, an arcade, beach bar, pro shop, billiard tables and special event opportunities. Sports enthusiasts can catch an FAU Fighting Owls football game at Lockhard Stadium in Fort Lauderdale while in the area; call (866) FAU-OWLS for tickets.

We're Florida's Golf CapitalTM and it is clear to see as Palm Beach County is home to over 160 golf courses in addition to major PGA tournaments, including The Honda Classic.

The Palm Beach County Parks & Recreations Department oversees 8,000 acres of parkland and are your source to local parks and recreation activities throughout the area.

WATER SPORTS & RECREATION

Spending the day on the water can be an exhilarating experience, from meandering in a kayak along one of the beautiful waterways to parasailing high above Florida's coastline, there is no end to the fun adventures you can have in Northern Palm Beach County. DIVING & SNORKELING
